Diary: 2024-04-22

Although I felt like I had more workload, today was a good day as I started training Larry on how to review proposals and prepare client presentations. Even though we did most of the work over a Zoom call, he was very focused. I only had one presentation today so I had him attend the call so he could see how it was done. The sooner he can take over some of the work, the better.

I did spend time with Clara as she only has a week and a half left before her maternity leave. I think I have a good grasp on what I need to do as it is not too different from what I do for the Proposal and Logistics teams. 

I am glad that spring is finally here and with it, warm weather. I was able to go have lunch at my favorite deli (the wedge fries are the best). I took Clara out and we talked. I guess her doctor is concerned about the child and is pushing her to stop work sooner than the end of the month. She and her husband have been trying to have a baby, but she has miscarried before. I hope the baby will be okay.

Hello, it is Chris here. In this article, I want to talk about the reactions of people when you tell them you are a doll owner. Telling someone that you own a doll is a very nerve-racking and scary thing to do. Given society's view on sex dolls, the big fear is either the loss of a friend or worse, being ostracized by your friends and family. This is why so many doll owners are closeted about it. We have a saying: we are not ashamed of what we do, we are just very selective in whom we tell.  A friend gave me some sage advice about if you should tell someone about your doll. Ask yourself, "What is there to gain by them knowing?" Then ask, "What is there to lose by them knowing?" A person might say that it is not worth telling anyone about it, but that can be very hard if you are very passionate about your doll (not sex-related, see this for more info), then you will want to share as it is what makes you happy or even is a creative outlet.   Something very

  Well, it was not fun, and I dreaded doing it the whole time, but I came clean to Lee's wife. I did a little research on Lee and was able to find his address. I went over at 10 am and I was correct, Lee was not there. When I knocked on the door and she answered it holding her son, I almost backed out. Almost. I introduced myself and told her that we needed to talk. I also told her it was probably best if we didn't talk in front of the children. She seemed concerned but interested so she invited me into the kitchen and told the kids to go watch some TV in the living room. She offered me a cup of coffee as I sat down. I declined, saying that she probably would not want me there that long. She looked confused as she sat down.
